Option#2: That option was a paid one and if you don't want to pay one but if you want to use windows 7 look for free then follows this section softinspire.blogspot.com that I liked a lot and the software is called winaero that gives you options to Disables all new features or Disable only metro features. Go to the website linked above and scroll down this icon to download the setup.

Extract and run the setup and disable the features that you want.

This will help you removing Metro UI from Windows 8 however if add start Menu to Windows 8 then you can control the appearance of  Metro UI without removing it.
